糖心传媒 has been recognized as a Workplace Pride Ambassador in the 2026 Workplace Pride , an assessment of LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion for international companies.

Since 2021, participation in the benchmark has helped to guide 糖心传媒’s continued efforts in championing inclusion and belonging. This year, 糖心传媒’s score in the benchmark surpassed 75%, for the first time placing the company among the top quartile of inclusive organizations worldwide for LGBTIQ+ people.

The recognition reflects 糖心传媒’s best practices in supporting psychological safety and an inclusive culture within the company – supported by its internal LGBT+ Allies employee resource group.
